Leonard Scott, MBA, FACHE

Leonard has been active with ACHE of Greater Ohio since 2012 and currently serves as the chapters first Chair, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

In this role for the chapter, his focus is leading DE&I awareness across the chapter by expanding the membership, developing partnerships with affinity organizations, locally and regionally along with creating a culture of belonging within the chapter. Leonard has a passion for accelerating this important DE&I work for ACHE of Greater Ohio chapter and the results will become part of our fabric.

Outside of his service to ACHE, Leonard has spent 25 years in healthcare leadership roles at multiple industry leading organizations with a global footprint for developing and delivering cutting-edge pharmaceuticals to patients across therapeutic areas such as, oncology, cardiovascular, diabetes and vaccines. Currently, Leonard serves as the AD, Systems of Care for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. He has responsibility for developing partnerships and creating collaborative solutions with leading Integrated Delivery Networks. Leonard is passionate about healthcare, education, and community service. Currently, Leonard serves on the board of directors for The Childhood League Center and Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus.

Leonard received his master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, and international business along with his bachelor’s degree in health sciences from The University of Cincinnati. Leonard is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds certifications as a Registered Health Information Administrator and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

In his free time, Leonard enjoys spending time with this family and friends, traveling often domestically and globally.
