Zeb Purdin

Administrative Manager, Blood & Marrow Transplant Program at OhioHealth


Zeb has been a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2012 and has been active with the ACHE of Greater Ohio Chapter since 2018. He has served as the Columbus LPC Secretary, Chair-elect, and is currently the LPC Chair. Zeb brings extensive expertise in event management and program development from his professional experience and other volunteer activities that will help to ensure the Columbus LPC is well situated to deliver high-quality educational content and networking opportunities for healthcare administration professionals in the Columbus region.

Outside of ACHE

Zeb serves as the Manager of the OhioHealth Blood and Marrow Transplant Program. Prior to this, he has served in Business Manager, Project Manager and Program Coordinator positions at the OSU Wexner Medical Center and as an Operations Manager for the Diabetes Center and Outpatient Lab System at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Passionate about giving back to the profession and lifting up students and early-careerists in healthcare administration, Zeb serves on the Executive Boards of the OSU College of Public Health and the OSU Health Services Management and Policy Alumni Societies. He also served as co-chair and chair of the Management Institute executive committee, which provides impactful educational opportunities for a nationwide audience.

Education

Zeb earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in 2015 and a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications in 2009, both from the Ohio State University.

In his free time

Zeb enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, and trying new restaurants.
