Lindsey Pauline, MA, CCC-SLP, FACHE is the Clinical Therapies Program Manager for Speech Pathology and Behavioral Health at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. In this role, her line of sight is to create the opportunities and facilitate the resources for therapeutic recreation specialists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists to provide best care to all children in Central Ohio and beyond.

Lindsey completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech-Language Pathology at The Ohio State University and completed her American Speech-Language Hearing Association Fellowship at the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She received her Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Management from the John Glenn College of Public Policy.

Lindsey’s clinical focus includes clinical voice pathology, acute rehabilitation and professional voice and communication coaching. Lindsey has owned Corporate Communication and Public Speaking Consulting since 2005, where she uses both her clinical knowledge and leadership experiences to support professionals in optimal public communication.

When asked why having an FACHE was important to her, Lindsey shared that she “pursued my FACHE to develop a competency in all foundational concepts of healthcare management and to demonstrate a continued commitment to ongoing learning as a leader, not just in the clinical aspects of my daily work, but in the management and human resources skills that will positively impact my teams as I lead them in their careers.”
