There are many ways to get involved with ACHE of Greater Ohio, whether by joining one of our committees or serving on a Local Program Council (LPC). Get connected, contribute your ideas, and help shape the future of our community.
Local Program Councils
Local Program Councils (LPCs) are made up of dedicated member volunteers who bring ACHE programming closer to our communities across the state. Created to better serve our geographically diverse membership, LPCs support education programming, networking opportunities, and fellowship advancement efforts within their regions.
LPC members also play an important role in member recruitment and retention, helping to strengthen engagement at the local level. Each LPC delivers a variety of programming tailored to its region, including in-person and virtual education, qualifying education sessions, and networking events.
To best serve our members, ACHE of Greater Ohio is organized into four distinct Local Program Councils across the state:

The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Committee recognizes the contributions and supports the advancement of all, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.

The Higher Education Network (HEN) Committee builds relationships with local colleges and universities offering health administration and related programs. By partnering with these institutions, the committee connects students to ACHE networking, mentorship, and educational opportunities—helping cultivate the next generation of healthcare leaders.

The Marketing Committee leads the chapter’s communications strategy, ensuring members stay informed and engaged. From crafting the weekly newsletter to managing LinkedIn updates and maintaining the website, the committee keeps our messaging clear, consistent, and aligned with our mission.

The Membership Committee is dedicated to growing and strengthening ACHE of Greater Ohio’s community. The committee focuses on recruiting new affiliates, monitoring member retention, and coordinating initiatives that enhance engagement and increase overall membership.
Chair: Krista Maxey-Kohn
The Sponsorship Committee works to secure financial support that sustains and enhances Chapter programming. By building relationships with sponsors and cultivating partnerships, the committee helps fund events, educational opportunities, and initiatives that advance our mission.
