Join us for the annual Xavier University Health Services Administration Symposium, where this year’s theme will explore how leaders drive organizational change while preserving the mission.
We are honored to welcome Chris Hasse, Ph.D., Chief Administrative Officer, and Jim Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, of Mayo Clinic Health System, will lead a fireside conversation, sharing their experiences implementing organizational change in today’s evolving healthcare environment. The discussion will conclude with an interactive audience Q&A, providing attendees the opportunity to engage directly with executive healthcare leaders. The discussion, moderated by Jenna Hodkey and Abbie Miller, second-year MHSA students, will focus on how lead disruptive organization change while preserving mission of the organization. The keynote speakers will share their perspectives on the evolving healthcare landscape, including the impact on clinicians, health systems, and payers, as well as strategies to meet the needs of today’s patients.
This event has been submitted to the American College of Healthcare Executives In Person Education Credit.
Following the session, students, alumni, and ACHE members will have the opportunity to connect and discuss their takeaways from the panel presentation. The networking session aims to connect healthcare professionals with various experiences to promote open, comfortable conversations about strategies for addressing organizational challenges, elevating collaboration between administrators and clinicians, building trust, and strengthening adaptability to the routine and large-scale crises.
