We are honored to welcome Chris Hasse\, Ph.D.\, Chief Administrative Officer\, and Jim Wilson\, Chief Financial Officer\, of Mayo Clinic Health System\, will lead a fireside conversation\, sharing their experiences implementing organizational change in today’s evolving healthcare environment. The discussion will conclude with an interactive audience Q&A\, providing attendees the opportunity to engage directly with executive healthcare leaders. The discussion\, moderated by Jenna Hodkey and Abbie Miller\, second-year MHSA students\, will focus on how lead disruptive organization change while preserving mission of the organization.
