Hear from Maria Hernandez during this exclusive ACHE Choice Program where they will discuss the health inequities among the Black and Latino communities. Unfortunately, many hospitals and health systems struggle to make meaningful inroads into this complex issue. Identify partnership opportunities including community agencies, employers, insurers/payers, public health / government, the military and other healthcare providers. Create leadership accountability for linking quality of care with health equity. Promote inclusive community engagement and support for health equity.
